Shipping - Shipment on any of KF Original Art is shipped via UPS ground depending on size and is shipped out within 5-7 business days. All prints are made to order so please allow 7-14 business days to receive your piece. All items are handled with care and packaged with all safety precautions depending on your piece. For prints and any other works on paper (18"x 24" or smaller), items are placed in a clear adhesive bag and placed between two pieces of cardboard before being put into a flat mailer to ensure protection of the piece. For all works on paper larger than 18" x 24" items will be rolled and placed into a clear adhesive bag and shipped in a white shipping tube.
For all works on canvas or birchwood panel, items are first sprayed with adhesive finishing spray to seal the piece for protection. Items are then wrapped in clear stretch wrap and placed between two pieces of cardboard to protect it from anything that could puncture or damage the work. The artwork is then wrapped completely in bubble wrap and placed in an art-sized box filled with additional bubble wrap to ensure that the piece is completely sturdy and will not move. Once shipped I will email you a confirmation as well as tracking number.
Returns - I want to ensure 100% client satisfaction. Therefore, if you receive an item and for any reason would like to return it, I will offer you a full refund within 7 days of receiving the artwork equal to the cost of the piece, not including the cost of shipping, if applicable. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received as well as in the same packaging or you will forgo refund. You must take photos of your return prior to shipping back in the mail. There are no "free returns" and a purchaser who wants to return a piece will incur the cost of shipping. All wallpaper and textiles are final sale.
There will be no returns/refunds on commission pieces once the piece has been approved. The 50% (nonrefundable) deposit may be used towards another commission piece or online in my shop.
All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide images of the piece itself as well as the packaging that it was received in.
